I got mine on Ebay for $250. Vendors sell them new for great prices. Just make sure you buy from a know seller.

our trucks are 8.5 ring gear and 28 or 30 spline?

The newer trucks have a 8.6 with 30 spline. Everyone is using the 8.5 posi and gears. It works.
