Default E85 vs. SFI

I am looking at a 2009 gmc sierra RCSB that i might purchase. I dont know what 5.3 i should get, the SFI or the Flex Fuel SFI. Is there a big difference between the two. I wish GM offered the 6.2L in the RCSB trucks. It would make that truck so performance worthy. But otherwise, if i was gonna go with a choice, what would you all choose. It will be modded as well, so i gotta put that in the factor. thanks for the input

I'd get the E85 truck, it comes with a lager fuel system and there is no down side to the truck and you will aways have the option to run E85.
