Default E-fan controller question

E-fans are on the way. Who or how do I get in touch with Nelson to get their controller. I hear they make the best and easiest to install. Also how does this work and where does it plug into? I believe it controls temperature right?

I believe its pretty simple to hook up, I think your computer has to be tuned to work the fans. Could be wrong.
