Default E-fan control module????????

I need to get the fan control module that turns that fans on when the engine reaches a certain temp. I believe its called a VSC module. Anyways I went to Autozone to get one and they had no clue what I was talking about. Does anyone know where I can get one and what the part number its??????? Or does anyone have one for sale???????? Thanks

I've got an extra VSC. Brand new from flexalite last month. They said its their revised version. I had one go out, I bought another to use, then had flexalite send me a new replacement under warranty for the failed unit. I don't need it since I bought the spare.
