Default Dynomax bullet vs summit glass pack

They look the same. What's the difference? I had a bullet on my 00 as a resonator and think I'm gonna do the same on the '99. The summit is about half as much. If they're essentially the same, I'll go with the summit. Otherwise I guess I'll get the dynomax

check the pipe size _internal

I just bought some 2.5" Red Hots through Holley

When comparing the internals they seem to use the same inside pipe as
the 2" version.

It appears the summit brand bottle necks down on the inside and has protruding louvers on the inside, the dynomax has the same inner diameter as the inlet/outlets and is smooth and flat on the inside with holes.

get the hedman bullet/glasspack. it has actual louvers not just a perforated tube. i just put one on my truck in front of my xr-1. I love the sound. If my DMH cutout ever shows up, im putting it right after the hedman bullet.

HED-25015 is the part #.....$37 bucks

Those louvers reduce the inner diameter though, might not be so good. I have run the dynomax bullets and was pleased with them. They have a nice deep tone to them.
