yeah i say bigger springs and another thing on a FI motor (not so much with turbos) but the more you dyno it the hotter it gets and FI motors do not like heat. it should not make as much of a difference because of winter time but might be another reason you dynoed down from your first. i bet if you gave it another run it would have done the same thing again lost a little power

THat's some rpetty good numbers! On the back of the cam should be some numbers. If it was a GM cam it would have had a 3d bar code looking thing laser etched in, CompCams have a number with the letters HR in it. If you give them those numbers they will tell you exactly what the cam is.
If it was a 216/220, stock springs wouldn't be any good for that, trust me. LS6 springs are pushing it, but the 918's will be fine.
