Default Dyno results

Put my truck on a dyno tonight, it made 330rwhp at 6000 and 343rwt at 3900. It will be going back on the dyno in a couple weeks so it can be tuned with edit.

How much more do you think i will get out of it, after tuning it with edit? I will try to post a pic of of the pull. The pull went from 2700 to 6400, the afr went from a max of 15.3 at 3200, from 3200 to 5300 it went to 12.4 and from 5300 to 6100 it went back up to 13.1. Could the stock injectors not be enough? Should i tune it first before going to bigger injectors?

On motor, 12.5 to 13.1 is just about perfect. It sounds like the fueling is just about right on. Timing may still need some tweaking.

Thats a pretty good sized cam you have in there. How does it idle?

I get alot of looks sitting at a stop light because of the lope. When i do the edit im going to set the idle around 950 or so to smooth it out. What do you think about the stock injector size when i put the bottle on it?

Your injectors will take a little more HP before they are done, but not too much more. I'd recommend a WET nitrous system so your fuel injectors won't need to be upgraded.

If you have the dyno graph, email it to me and I'll host it for you. richard@z71.net

I plan on doing some work on the heads and running a 150shot. If i do change the injectors what do you think i should put in it?

Well I think the 8.1 injectors are the cheapest for you at this point.

Have you no tuning at all? I'd assume you must to get the thing to idle...

Yeah no tuning at all. To get it to idle i had to turn the throttle plate screw in about a 1/8th'', and it idles around 850. Im getting it tuned with edit in a couple weeks. What do you think about the svo30 injectors?I got a price for the 8.1 injectors and they were about 75.00ea, and svo's are around 245 for a set at summit.
