What I dont get is how he got away with not blowing it up before he sold it. And secondly, why is he running even leaner than stoich? Even the stock tune runs WOT around 11.5-12.5

LOL he is ******* you pretty good there.

Blackbear is a tuning company started by a guy named Justin. VERY good tuner. a live dyno tune would be my choice over a mail order tune though. most dyno tuning runs around $400 for a day, no matter how long it takes... some get $450. never heard of that much for a license to tune it. ANY dyno tuner will have UNLIMITED licensing.

i would go somewhere else if its possible

oh, FWIW, he probably will NOT finish your tune in two hours. if he does, probably will be a shitty tune.

takes a while to tune a modded FI vehicle, getting the part throttle/idle done first, then the WOT throttle, then playing with it trying to get the most power.

Problem is.....there is no one around here close that can do the tune. So mail order might be the way to go?

he also can send you a cable and it logs the truck while driving so it wont just be a mail order tune. and that guy is ripping you off, dont go there. i think hp license is 100 bucks...
