The 346 with th T70 made 630hp/610tq on 10lbs.Since then we have run it at 14lbs and figure it's at 700+hp going by the gains we got going from 8-10lbs.All done on 93 pump gas.

The little 4.8 will surprise a few.We decided on a compression of 8.8-1 but will bleed some more down with the Cam so we can run 14-16lbs on 93 pump gas.I'll be tuning the car for the track/road so I'm sure the dyno #'s won't be that impressive because a dyno tune is completely different and won't run as fast at the track.

11's shouldn't be a problem I would like to see 10's though

this will be a fun project to watch. i think with race fuel and a bone stock 4.8 other than valve springs i would have been well into the 11's. not really sure where that will put you since there are several diferences to your set up. i think 10's on pump gas will be a real challange.

That is why we all do these truck isnt it??? Because they are a challenge. I jsut cant wait to see the look on some lightning owners faces when I wax their a$$'s. It going to be a good, fast summer.

Does anybody think that I would benifit from a smaller turbo instead of the gt67???

My buddy CRAZYCUTER4.8 was running 12.6's in his 03' EC 4.8(212.218.ls6 springs,shorties,intake,exhaust,3.73,g80,ls1edit,a nd 170 worth of n20) and he was putting down 488rwhp with a 220 shot.

Thanks. but i was wondering about my turbo size selection. anybody got an idea??

with a front mount that size would be fine but a rear mount i have no idea about.
