i've wanted to put some LT's in my truck too like FLP's, but i was afraid that i might break off a bolt since my truck is old.

its a 2000. got the bolt out thanks to bob vila and the craftsmen rounded bolt remover the head snaped off even with the manifold so there was a little stud there with the manifold off found one small enough to tap it on to the end of it and worked it back and forth

Glad to hear you like the headers... I'm a big fan of mine too.

How do you like the stall?

yes there is a break in for a TC. not sure how many miles? probably 500. it takes miles of driving before it tightens up. probably seems a little loose right now
