Default Dynatech Header pics

I installed the headers about a week ago and couldn't get all the bolts in the head. Well this past weekend I worked on them, loosened everything up and got it aligned to get all the bolts in to stop the leak. Everything is working well and I can tell there is a definite increase in low end.

I know many opt not to and Dynatech doesn't even suggest it, but I had the headers ceramic coated and they came out great. Under hood temps aren't bad, of coarse I couldn't compare to uncoated headers since I did mine before the install. Another thing I like is that there are still silver.

I know a while back someone wanted to see pics of them installed, so here they are. I did notice the the crossover pipe is a fairly flush with the transmission crossmember, if not a little higher which is good for the 4/6 guys. It also is not flat like the stock, it is round all the way across.

Do you have a 5.7 in there?

They look good in ceramic.

I guess I should have explained (at least since you can see it in the pic) I have vette fuel rail covers on. I plan on getting them filled where it says corvette and having the 5.7l sanded down. Prob put a 4.8L decal in its place, since thats all I got.

Do you have a pic of the valley covers on? How do they fit around the intake manifold?

The passenger cover fits fairly well, only a few minor cuts to clearence it. The drivers cover had to be cut up pretty bad around the manifold, especially toward the back. You can see from the letter "V" over I had to cut most off to clear all hoses, wires, tubes, etc.

Wow, they look great.

Mine can be seen here with... I don't know... 10K miles on them?

I'm very happy with them. I hope I can sneak them by my inspection this year - they're not legal here.

They look great. They are now on the future mod list. Thanks for helping me how to decide to spend more money.
