I have the 125 hp/325 torque Edge juice programmer. I leave it in the highest setting at all times, it never gets turned down. I even tow our boat and snowmobile trailer in level 5. My transmission is stock. I've had it installed on the truck for 15k miles so far without any trouble. The juice has the ability to monitor transmission slip and "trim" the power when transmission slip is detected. I've seen reports that the 125 hp tune causes some slip with the stock transmission and the juice will automatically reduce fueling to protect it. That being said, I would not suggest going over +125 hp with the stock transmission.

It seems like most people do not have trouble with the 125 hp tune. I have heard of lots of people using the 90 hp/250 ft/lb tune for a long time without problems.

btw...the juice is awesome. You simply cannot go wrong with the 125 hp edge juice with the attitude monitor.

Thats what im going to do then, its for my dad and hes talking about propane, and that hot juice edge programmer that adds like 180 hp and 250ft lbs. Have to go with somthing a little less drastic so he doesnt have problems.

I would go with a pulse/width type box like edge/attitude.
