Default Re: Driveability of high-stall converters

Not to hijack a thread, but does anyone have a used stock truck converter they'd part with cheap/free ?

I am need of one for my Jeep project. I have one from an F body, but I'm thinking a tighter one will work best for the jeep, and a truck converter should be tighter than the Fbody/vette ones.

TIA
