Default Drivability with a stall??

When you all say drivability, what do you mean exactly??

What I mean is how different is driving with a lower stall than with a higher stall??

Can someone explain drivability with a stall?? Why and how it is bad with too high of a stall.

Thanks!

Imagine your truck was a manual.

Now take off from a stop sign at part throttle but slip the clutch so that the RPM rises to about 3000rpm and hangs there while you get up to speed. That's what it's like driving with a 4400rpm stall.

Now with milder stalls it is MUCH less noticable but still CAN feel like you're slippin a clutch a lil off the line. In my truck with the 3000stall I only noticed it slightly and only for a day. AFter that i can't remember what the stock one felt like and the driveability was fine.

Drivability can be drastically changed also by tuning and gear selection as well as STR rating of the converter.
