Default Drilling TB

When drilling your throttle body blade, Ive always heard go to the next size drill bit. But in what incriments? I have a bunch of drill bits I got from a machinist so mine are stepped by 64th's. Im wondering how much bigger than stock do I need to try. 1/64, 1/32, 1/16 etc?
