Default Dont shoot me........

Hear me out. I have done searches and read many post on cam's and have only become very confused. I have some working knowledge of cams, but there are many post and Im now lost.

My question is what cam would be best for my daily driver(like this question has never came up). I pull my bass boat from time to time and may take it to the track a couple times.I have 18" tires,373 gears and dont intend on running a converter. My sig shows other mods except for the ARH Lts Im going to install at the same time as the cam.

Thanks in advance

A low split duration cam would work for you. Like a 212-218 cam.. It is a great proven cam, will make a good difference over stock, will still make towing easy.. Also will not req a converter to use... Check out some of the vinchi cam grinds..

I agree that the Comp 212/218 would be a great all around cam for your needs, you could even get a nice 2600 converter to really wake that thing up. Something like the Yank TT2600 would work well with that cam and still retain your towing abilities.

Thanks for not beaten me up over this question and the good info. Looks like this is the cam for me then, thanks again for your honest input.
