Default doing the swap

swapping from 5.3 to 6.0. everyone has done it but i have searched and cant find the info im looking for. my truck is a 02 gmc with cable throttle body. my question is when i start looking for a 6.0, if i find one with drive by wire if i can just swap my intake, or will my throttle body bolt up to a 6.0 intake. also if it is drive by wire should and can i swap my wiring harness over.

Keep it super simple and just bolt your intake on. It will bolt right up.

thats way im asking about the newer 6.0s with drive by wire bc the chance of finding an older 6.0 with low miles might be a problem.
