What I mean is it would be ideal to run 91 or 93 octane for best performance and I know with higher octane fuel you can run safely close to or over 11:1. However, i also know that our newer engines can pull timing and adjust for lower octane.

So the question is how much compression can you build into and engine and still have the computer tune adjust for all the available fuel types?
