Default doin a tune up next weekend am i missing anything

just double checking myself plugs, plug wires, flush tranny fluid, flush anti-freeze, oil change, not doing the rear because there's less than 5k miles on my new rear end...i'll clean the k&n & grease all my fittings & everything....besides what i've listed here can anyone think of anything else i might be missing?
