Default Does/Would your truck pass emissions?

I'm particularly curious about heavy mods and power adders. What kinds of results are different combos making?

Mine will pass a sniffer test, and *maybe* a visual (the headers aren't 100% smog-legal) if the guy isn't looking for ALL of the CARB stickers

This is a good thread. Also put down the state you are in. Here in Cali I could see a stock truck not passing.

Mine will not pass the visual but will pass the siniffer. Nitrous is smog leagal

Mine passed the sniffer in Mass with my old setup. I had no cats and actually still had some cam2 race fuel still in the tank. they just asked me what that funny sell was:laugh: As for visual, the guy that does my inspection also does my winter car and i bring all the cars from my business there as well. I have gotten in pritty good with them, so they never give me a problem with tint or no cats. but recently the state added a noise ordinace to the test and you have to pass that to get a sticker. They said there is no way to beat the system. I did. All i did was start the inspection with my truck and then went home and brought back my 1997 tahoe and used that for the noise test. They said it had to be a chevy V8, they never said it had to be the same V8 that is in the vehicle being inspected
