Default Does this seem reasonable?

Okay so here's the thing,

I've got a 2004 Tahoe z71 with just over 155k miles. I would LOVE to get some headers installed but I've already found TWO manifold bolts snapped off inside the head before I could even touch it. Great.

Called a local shop and was quoted $350 per SIDE to remove and replace the stock bolts. Does that seem like a fair price? I'm too scared to do it myself and its a DD so It cant be out of commission for too long.
