Does a 6.0 big block matter?

Default Does a 6.0 big block matter?

Hey wuz up ya, well just here curious if i have a 5.3, can i change the big block to a 6.0 and do ya know how much it cost and where can i get it.

The 5.3 is a small block and so is the 6.0 but you can get your 5.3 bored or stroked to how ever big you want it up you live a 406ci, I think but im not sure. You can find the kits at most speed shops for about $2000 but it's no easy weekend job.

You can bore the 5.3 out to 3.900? Inches (the same bore as the 347) The 6.0 is a different block. If you want a 402 or 408, stroke the 6.0, and bore it (respectivly) 4" stroke 4" bore =402, 4" stroke 4.030" bore=408
