DOD? can i get rid of it?

DOD? can i get rid of it?
just got my new 07 this week and was wandering if the new DOD technology on the 5.3 and 6.0 can be reprogrammed or edited out of the computer. even tho it may not effect WOT performance or if i line it up with someone, i dont like the thought of when i get an exhaust on it just cruisin down the road it will sound like crap 
running on four holes. i bought a v8 i want it to sound like a v8.

if the diablo can do it then im sure that allen can do it then. i havent talked to him yet about the new truck but i will be soon.i wonder how many mpg i will lose,not that i care too much, just curious?
