shouldn't be to hard to make one really...the long wheel studs i don't think you have to have until you get close or into the 9s...but i could be wrong there.

The Loop and studs are mandatory when you run slicks. I believe the count ET Streets, GTPs etc. as slicks. Now generally this applies to cars because their studs don't stick through the whole lug nut. Most techs will stick their pen inside your lug nut to see how far in your stud is. If the pen doesn't go far in then they sometimes let you slide. In our trucks don't the studs stick out of the lugnut anyway? If so I doubt they will give us a problem.

I saw several in the latest JEG's catalog for $25-$50. Pretty simple looking. Mount and a loop to contain the driveshaft. Nothing to hard to fab up yourself.
