Default Displacement on Demand and Camshafts

I have a displacement on demamnd cam shaft and lifters in my 2008 RCSB. I want to change the cam and lifters but it just crossed my mind on whats neseccary to make it work, (such as tune). It is a 5.3l with 3.73s and I basically was wondering if anyone has done this combination yet, if so, feel free to list cam builder and specs as well as numbers if possible. thank for taking the time to read and answer. I plan on getting a predator for tuning the vehicle and a drop is in hand now.

Oh yeah, the pic of my black Z is no longer, Gone to bad *** truck heaven, and yes it is very depressing , just trying to press on with the new toy so maybe i can start liking it and take the time to post the new pics without being ashamed of the way it looks anymore. lol
