How or can you even disable OnStar? Just asking.

all you got to do is take the fuse out......its in the manual

IIRC, if you are doing HPP3 programming you have to disable the OnStar before you do it.

Ya you can take out the fuse but there is something else you have to do. I don't remember what it was when i put a tuner on a Tahoe. If i think of it will get back on here let you know.
