Default different truck coil packs

I've been reading on tech that some guys believe that the round truck coil packs with the heat sinks are better and add power.Does anyone think there is much of a difference?

I was also wondering about that, can I use 5.3 coils on a 6.0?

Not enough difference to swap I would think.
