Default Different 6.0 liter blocks?

I know they make a 6.0 iron block but what I was wondering is do they make a 6.0 aluminum block? I thought the Esclade got a aluminum version of the 6.0.

The Escalade engine or LQ9 is a high output (345HP) engine. The LQ9 block is iron but they might make an aluminum block 6.0 liter. Maybe someone else knows the answer to that question.

But the big question is whether they will be truly interchangable with current GEN III motors.
