Default difference in manifolds

What is the difference between 2004 intake manifolds and 2000? I heard that the 04s were better, but don't know why. Thanks

the 04 intakes are different since they have returnless fuel system. they do not have a regulater on them it is in the tank.

THE INTAKE isn't different if the rail is different, the rail is different in that case right? wouldn't that mean that the manifold itself is the same?
