Did I get the right parts?
#1
I picked up my tranny cooler and vette servo today.
Hayden Trans cooler Part # 404 3/4" X 7.5" X 15.5"
Hayden Trans line fitting kit Part # 390
I got the vette servo from Pasadena Transmission Parts for $15.24! Awesome price. Thanks Alan(Vortech5300)
Eaton Posi will be here Tuesday, and I think I will get the GM 4.10 ring and pinion from a dealership.
I plan on flushing the tranny and changing the filter, and using Royal Purple ATF when I put in the servo and cooler.
I will be using Royal Purple 75-90 gear oil, and GM posi additive with the gear swap.
Am I on the right track here? Anyone see any problems with the new setup?

Everything looks great. Who is doing the flush and are you planning on putting in the gear and posi? When I changed the gear oil on mine, almost exactly 2.5 quarts came out, so I put that amount back in including the posi additive and checked it with an alan wrench and it was within the specs.

Not sure yet who will do the tranny flush, I want to get the servo, cooler, and flush done at the same time. I can do the servo and cooler install, but the tranny flush requires a special machine right? So I might just find a shop that will do all 3 for me.
I'm gonna have shop do the posi and gear too. The less I install the better. <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />

On the tranny flush, make sure they do NOT use an exterior pump to flush with. They can over pressure some of the seals and an "oh ****" or two might happen down the road.
