Did GM make the Silverado SS Regular Cab Shortbox?

I remember seeing a picture of this beast on chevy's website at one time, but now I can't seem to find anything about it anywhere?

If anyone has any information please let me know!

They made the prototype regular cab SS's but are not going into production...sure wish they would have cause one would be in my driveway right now.
