di/do magniflow vs two single in single outs
Hello I have a 454 vortec and am wanting to switch from my di/do flowmaster to a magniflow for the straight through sound/performance. Will a di/do magniflow with build in x pipe or two seperate magniflows perform/sound better? thanks

Performance should be about the same, providing that if you run 2 singles you add an x-pipe.
I ran seperate true duals and tried a magnaflow di/do along with sever other exhaust set ups on my old 04 5.3 cammed crew cab. Performance wasn't much different, but I hated the way the di/do magnaflow sounded. Way too quiet and just had an odd sound to it. went to dual dynomax bullets and never looked back.

ive got the di/do magnadlow 28" with the built in x pipe.. i love it... i even think its kind of loud.. but thats just me.. i like the sound of magnaflow.. i guess its up to u.

If you do decide to go with two mufflers and an x-pipe, I have 2 brand new Magnaflow stainless steel 14" long 4" round 2.5" mufflers that I've been planning to sell, as well as a brand new Magnaflow ss 2.5" x-pipe. Shoot me a pm if you're interested and I'll get you pics, part numbers, etc.

I love the sound of bullets but im affraid of it being way to loud with headers and no cats. 05gmc sierra, any chance of a sound clip? thanks for the offer but i want to stick with 3 in all the way out. And i have no desire for ss, so i probably wouldnt want to pay what they are worth.
