Default Damn header bolt

well i put the headers in a couple days ago.... everything went smooth till i noticed that the dirivers side back bolt was broke off in the head..... i had one other bolt that was broken but it came out nicly with a vice grips... but the other one is broke of with no threads showing..... i DO NOT want to take the heads off but i just cant get a drill or anything in thier any ideas?

right angle drill, easy out, yell at it.

skip the bolt.....I had one broken off and I just skipped it until I did my head swap, as long as you've got good headers and gaskets you shouldn't have a leak

i have pacesster headers and used thier gaskets they were nice thick copper ones it leaked bad then tryed the stockers and leaked even worse so

just came up with something tell me if you guys think i will work..... what if i take part of a gasket and use a 2 layer gasket just in that one spot?

worth a shot, thats a bad angle to get a drill in there i know

im willing to bet there will still be a slight leak

Take the inner fender well and the steering shaft out....maybe you can get it then? When you drill it try and get a LH drill bit so as you drill it, it may back out.

how much TQ are you guys tightening to.... i turned them to 20 lbs does that sound right?

in case you guys were wondering i tried that gasket thing. and it made it alot quiter but it still had a nasty tick to it...... not sure what im going to do but that tick is going to drive me crazy

18lbs is usally what people go to so u should be ok but i wouldn't do more!
