So would there be any concern with lag in a setup like mine? I am running a 9psi Procharger in a 2500HD with the little ATI cooler under the bumper. I would love to put a D-max cooler in especially if it's basically a bolt in, just for piece of mind and to get my off road capability back with out worrying about trashing the cooler. I bet I could safely run more boost too I'm thinking an 11 PSI pulley would be easily do able with that big ole thing.

Look at a D-max side by side your truck and you will see it is a direct fit. The D-max does have a higher capacity radiator (as all HD's do).
