thats what i was concerned about with the stage III. the stage IIs seem to be a better choice for my motor. having patriod modify the heads was mentioned before. i am definately looking to bump my compression to 11:1 if possible. what will the stage IIs do for my CR, Patriot doesnt say the size of the compression chamber.

do what i do...stop paying attention to everyones theories and pay attention to real world results the guys on gmfs are FULL of theories but hardly any of them have anything that runs anywhere near as good as their theories. dont try and reinvent the wheel. watch what works for other people and follow their lead.

an intake will help the heads give more power, but heads with the stock intake are still a huge benifit. i always heard that for each 1mph you pick up in the 1/4 traps equals about 10hp (rough estimate) if its a good estimate i gained around 50 hp i would guess??? anyone else heard that theory?

i have the theory that for every 10 HP you add you shave a tenth off your 1/4 mi. ETs.

a torque converter can gain you over 5/10 and not add a single bit of hp...too many theories haha. if it runs good it runs good...thats my theory for now on haha.
