That's exactly what I have. It only has one toggle switch. Just a couple wires to hook up and the rest just plugs in. Very simple to do. Put the switch where ever you want. They give you plenty of wire to work with. I have had mine on for over a year and have opened and closed them hundreds of times. Not one problem. Very happy with them.

can you open them partially or do they automatically open all the way?

Have you had any problems with them leaking when closed?

You can open them partially. The toggle even has a green led when opening and a red when closing.

They don't leak, but they are a metal on metal seal, so they won't be water tight. They won't be any louder than a regular exhaust when closed.

Sorry to drag this one back up, but I am now considering the electric cutouts too. I was looking on quick time performance before I knew they were a sponser here. I am going to be doing headers soon too, and would like to do these at the same time. A few questions though. I am running 2.5" dual pipes all the way back right now do I need to get the same size cutouts? Are these like a butt weld type setup or do I need to open the pipe up a little to slip over the cutout? Also, I am running an x-pipe, should I put the cutouts before or after the x?

I plan on doing the same thing, jsut waiting for the B-DAY in Feb. I wouldliek to know the same about getting the same size as your pipe is now or bigger. also where in the exhaust is everyone installing them. I will get an x pipe and take off the cats before they go on.

I thought I remembered reading that they should be right after the X or Y pipe. Someone suggesting in place of the cats and it was agreed that said placement would ruin the scavenging effect or something like that
