Custom exhaust shops in dallas.

I am in need of a muffler shop in the dfw area that builds a quality exhaust system. tried searching on here and didnt find anything useful to me. I don't feel that I am looking for anything special. I just want the job done right with Mandrel bends, and welds that don't look like the tin man crapped on it. So far the only shop I have found is located about an hour from me in Watuga called Kinneys. I am not trying to advertise for them so if you have any experience with them please PM me. Also if any one has personal experience with a shop they would recommend that would be helpful as well.

i used Pronto Muffler off 75 in Plano. when I had mine done back in 01 and 08, the machine wasn't mandrel bends but you can call to see if they have one now. As for welds, i don't have any leaks...don't care if they are pretty since they are under the truck.
you may also want to call Steve Sharrock of Sharrock automotive in Mckinney...he doesn't do exhaust work but he can possibly refer you to someone. And if you are ever looking for a good mechanic, I like him.

Ok here's what I'd do, considerings all the aftermarket systems that really don't do what you want them to do..
Keep your 3" exhaust pipe, install a 4" muffler of your choice, (no Blowmaster please) make sure the exhaust pipe terminates about 15% inside the muffler. Using good quality reducers reduce the tail pipe down to 2.75. This should keep the exhaust velocity up without too much restriction and sound good as well.
