Default Custom Exhaust Install

I have not decided yet for sure (i am extremely indecisive) but I believe I am going to get a Hooker Aero Chamber Muffler. These do not come with a 2.75" inlet so i will need a shop to do the plumming from the cat all the way back (3"). What should i consider a 'good price' on the piping and install if i want to have a turn down somewhere before the bumper (Can i get away with no bends in the pipe? i have not yet looked underneath the truck)

and any ideas where the best place to get the muffler is?

get a 3" in/out muffler. That leaves a 1/8 inch gap all the way around which a welder can fill. I'm about to post pics of my magnaflow that I just got welded in place of the stocker. Look for that thread started by me in about ten minutes.

If you end up going to a 3" pipe, let me know what you did.
I know there's some 3" intermediate pipe assemblies from Walker (not stainless pipe, though) that should bolt in. Was considereing getting one for my truck into a 3" magnaflow.
