Look in the big section of the forum... main page.
down at the very bottom is a state forum..
the Fbody cam swaps are just like ours, minus the A/c compressor problem.

I can put the cam for you. I'm going to college at Lanier in georgia. I'm in NC right now but will be heading that wednesday. Do you have all the parts you need Water pump gaskets, timing cover seal and of course the cam. What size cam didi you go with?

Just get this gasket kit from Scoggin Dickey (it has every gasket you need) and bolt part number 91310A868 from McMaster-Carr. You'll need this extra long bolt to get the crank pulley started...you'll get 5 of them, but that's okay, you can share with friends when they do their cam installs.

I also suggest you read through the Ls1 How To on cam and spring swaps a few times to get familiar with what you'll be doing.

Nothing can compare to the feeling you get from doing this yourself, or at least helping guys who know what they're doing....I did a cam swap myself not to long ago with tremendous help from moregrip and jrp from F-Body fame.

Good luck!
