Oh Man. No scanner? It may be hard to diagnose w/o one.
I would say check the remaining coils to confirm you have spark on each cylinder
Do you have a test light? Test for injector pulse. Confirm ECU is pulsing them.

Maybe they all got stuck? They will freeze if they sit without fuel for a long time. Not sure what Ethanol does to them? 🤔 Pull the fuel rail and carefullly see if they are spraying.

Scan it with a good scanner, I bet there is a hidden or turned off code.

I used a test light to check for spark and the injectors just got back from being cleaned. I used a $50 code reader and it showed nothing. Do you think there are codes this cheaper reader cannot see?

The throttle body is responding to the pedal. I got one backfire on the first crank today. Nothing after that

I’d bet ecm is keeping the injectors from firing. Mine did this when my voltage was low and it eventually threw a crank sensor code. I took apart my engine ground and cleaned it, it looked fine, then put it back together and it lit right off. Check your under hood fuse panel also, critters like to get in there and they can warp and cause issues.

thank you. I’ll check that. I was thinking a bad cam sensor. That will require removing the blower, unfortunately. I’m trying to avoid that. 🤦🏻‍♂️
