Did a company install the flip kit or did you? The dealer will only repair your truck if the suspention is unaltered. That way it shows as a defect in construction. If you put the rear bact to stock and leave the front dropped they probibly will not fix it. If that fails call your insurance company and just tell them you were driving at night and you hit a deer and it shoved your truck onto a curb. It will not go agianst you as an accident and you only pay half the deductable.

definately take the suspension back to stock, they will say that your lower ride height caused the crack because you are riding on the bumpstops more often, make sure you put the stock bumpstops back on as well. Dont let them weld on your frame either, the frames are heat treated and when they are welded on, they are weakened

just take the suspension back to stock and take it in to the dealership and see what they say. the motor mods shouldn't post a problem for ya.
