Just fitting up my FAST LSXRT, and I need to get some coolant crossovers. My old 5.3 that cross overs that went from head to head, then ran all the way under the intake to the front of each head. I need coolant crossovers that go from one head to the next, does anyone have a part number for such Coolant crossovers? any help into this would be great. This is the part im referring too. All i find while looking is the ls6 one which would work, but what does the rubber hose connect too?

 

You need the one you have pictured for the front and use block offs for the rear ports. The rubber hose connects the crossover to the radiator.

Not wise to block the rears or the fronts, especially if your FI.
