conversion

do ya guys think that some 03 escalade headlights and grill fit on my 03 silverado with the stock fenders and hood.

The hood and fenders look very similair, but I doubt the headlights and grill will bolt right up. But maybe with some customizing it can be accomplished. I noticed that when the 03's silverados first came out.
