Default Compression test numbers

My friend was checking his compression tonight. I got bored so I figured why not check my truck. I cant remember what the cylinder designations are on the LS1. So bear with me. These numbers close to what an engine of 8000 miles should be?

Pass side- (Front to rear)

179
172
180
180

Drivers side- (Front to rear)

170
175
179
179

Pic of the plugs too. Look about normal?

Those are all within spec I think its a maximum of 10% difference between the cylinders allowed or some BS like that but the actual numbers look good to me. Most that have posted with a good motor are at ~180.
