There's no hole in my '04 drive by wire... not sure about the '03's.
I think a tuning program is required to bump the idle speed up, unless you want to pop a fresh hole in the TB blade. I considered it, but went with HPTuners before a cam.

thats good info for a car that doesnt have fly-by-wire system, theres no screw on marc_w or mine, im thinking about this cam 216 220 .525 .530 114 lsa. but if its going to screw up the throttle actuator system then im might go smaller. like twobit is using,
