Comp Cam OR 2002 LS6?
#1
I have seen that the Comp 212/218-114 gives our trucks about 40-50 hp and the LS6 gives us about 30 hp. I was wondering which one would be the best with a Radix Magnacharger System and a Yank 3200? Also how much torque does the comp cam give you and what is the power band? If you have any other ideas that would be better please give me some insight. TIA Brandon

the comp cam would be pretty good with the charger since it has a pretty good split, but so does the ls6 cam, the comp cam will probably give you more power and a pretty broad powerband as well. with the converter you would have a beast with that cam and the charger. how much boost are you running?

Thanks for the info Slow.
I don't have the charger yet. I am just devising a plan to have one hell of a street truck. I would like to see around 9 psi when I get it, by using a 3.0 inch pulley.

sounds like a good plan man, i'm thinking of going ahead and finishing my 6.0 heads/cam motor and then sometime later in the year nov/dec maybe downsizing the cam and going with a D1-SC or something like that for some boost. ofcourse a heads cam nitrous motor is always fun too.
