Default comming to a stop question

what is this problem i am feeling, when ever i come to a stop, i can either feel the rpm's go up or i am feeling the transmission downshifting very aquardly. anyone else have this. what should i look for.

It is the transmission downshifting. The RPMs do jump slightly each time as it shifts, usually twice between 5-0 mph. I can feel mine do it but if it is doing it aquardly, try checking the fluid level.
