Code after cutting throttle shaft

Did a port/polish on tb couple months ago,decided to cut the shaft.started truck and display showed "reduced engine power".
Is there a tb relearn procedure for escalade ext05??

I had that issue and it was the TPS sensor, no you can't replace just the sensor the whole TB has to be replaced

i had the same thing happen to me. My problem was the butterfly not being alined right so it wouldnt close right, binding it up.

Thanks 2007chevy5.3l , fixed the butterfly ,disconnected battery and hooked it back on
started and codes where gone.
