Atomic,

I appreciate all your responses! Unfortunately disconnecting and reconneting was a no go. I did check ground and power with no problems there. I used an add a tap in the fuse box for it and hooked it up to the rear wiper fuse, it never use it so power wont flucuate.

little update,

well my wideband issue was a ground problem. I used a ring terminal and for some reason it was not grounding. Everything is good now and im logging in hptuners. I drove it 50 miles the other day and did the first oil change. The oil looked great. I still have a lot of interior valvetrain noise, but its running fine and no loud loise outside. Next time I pull out some interior, I will lay some dynomat out and see if the that quiets down the interior noise. other then some carpet insulation, there is little to no sound deadening in the cab.

Well im still plagued with Valve train noise. Here is a driving video of the internal noise. Some say its normal, but they haven't heard a video of it running. I have some summit bucks, so im not against trying anther length. I am contemplating 7.325 because with my measurements the 7.350's are at or above the .080 preload.

thought I would bump and old thread with some answers. I ended up going with 7.3" pushrods. Still some valvetrain noise, not as bad. So far I have put 18,000 miles on it and dyno'd last saturday at 374/372. I used a base tune from frost and remapped the VE and MAF. Looking at the logs from the dyno I am about 10% rich in PE, so my AFR at WOT was under 12. I am going to remap MAF and work on spark. I think and can get to 400 with tuning the spark. We will see.
