Default Changing My Exhaust OnThe 05 To the SS Setup.

I have a full SS system on the way and have some questions.

What kind of gaskets if any are in the cast iron to pipe junction?

With only 3k miles the truck the 02 sensors should not be too hard to get out but I would like to hear any comments from experiance on removing them.

Default From the Cast Iron Flange To The Tip.

I got it all, excluding the cast iron manifolds. I was just wondering if they still use the donut gaskets at the manifold hook ups?
And if GM puts a compound on the 02 sensor threads? And if there is a common problem getting them out?
